Raw materials
Fabric rolls are received and stored by lot before cutting, so bulk runs start from the approved quality.
Factory & production
Cutting, printing, sewing, inspection and packing run through seven documented stages. These are the people and machines behind every order.
Production flow
From fabric intake to dispatch, each stage has an owner and an approval point. Custom fabrics and decoration may add steps, which are confirmed in your quote.

CNC cutting and laying tables translate the approved pattern into consistent panels across every size.
Thermal transfer, digital and laser printing sit alongside screen print, puff print, embroidery and chenille.
Flatlock, overlock and heavy-duty sewing lines build heavyweight jersey, fleece, nylon and wool constructions.
In-line trimming and semi-finished inspection catch measurements, stitching and decoration issues before packing.
Pressing, folding, labelling and bagging are completed to the packing spec approved with your order.
Finished cartons are checked, staged and prepared for air or sea freight collection.

Quality control
Quality is built into the line, not inspected in at the end. Four checkpoints protect every order.
Shade, weight and shrinkage checked against the approved swatch before cutting.
Panel measurements, stitch density and decoration placement checked during sewing.
Every order is checked at cutting, sewing, printing and finishing, with measurements recorded per lot.
Final inspection across sizes and colourways before folding, tagging and packing.
