Fabric development
260–700 GSM combed cotton, compact terry, brushed fleece, crinkle Taslan, ripstop nylon and Melton wool. We source against your target handfeel, weight and price.
Pattern & construction
Boxy, cropped, oversized and flared blocks. Multi-panel hoods, full-face zips, split pockets, raw hems and utility pocketing — developed from your references.
Wash & decoration
Mineral acid wash, snow wash, garment dye, hand distressing, high-density screen print, 3D puff, rhinestones, chenille and appliqué.
Finishing & packaging
Woven and heat-transfer labels, size labels, hangtags, barcodes, polybags and retail-ready packaging — produced to your brand standard.

Brief & tech pack
You send references, artwork, measurements and target quantity. We review construction, fabric and decoration feasibility, then quote.

Sampling
We source fabric and trims, build the pattern, and produce a sample for your approval. Timing is confirmed with your quote.

Bulk production
Cut, sew, wash, print and embroider on a confirmed production calendar. In-line checks at cutting, sewing and finishing.

Full-process quality control, folding, tagging and packing. Air or sea freight, or delivery to your forwarder.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 30 pieces per style and colourway. Lower quantities can be discussed for first-time drops depending on fabric and construction.
How long does sampling take?
Sampling starts after we confirm your tech pack, artwork and fabric. We share the sample timeline with your quote; complex washes, rhinestones, or new panel patterns may need additional time.
What is the bulk lead time?
Bulk production is scheduled after sample approval and deposit. The production calendar depends on quantity and finishing, and is confirmed before production starts.
Can you produce from a reference image?
Yes. Send reference images, measurements, and any artwork you have. We can build a tech pack, source fabric, and develop a sample from there. Original artwork is always preferred.
Do you offer custom labels and packaging?
Yes — woven labels, heat-transfer labels, size labels, hangtags, polybags, and retail-ready packaging can all be produced to match your brand.
How do payments and shipping work?
Sampling is paid upfront. Bulk orders typically run on a deposit/balance structure. We ship worldwide by air or sea and can work with your freight forwarder.
Can I mix sizes and colours in one order?
Yes. Orders can be assorted across sizes and colourways within the MOQ. We confirm the size and colour breakdown before production.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We can sign an NDA before reviewing your tech pack or artwork. Your designs are not used for any other client.
