What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 30 pieces per style and colourway. Lower quantities can be discussed for first-time drops depending on fabric and construction.
How long does sampling take?
Sampling starts after we confirm your tech pack, artwork and fabric. We share the sample timeline with your quote; complex washes, rhinestones, or new panel patterns may need additional time.
What is the bulk lead time?
Bulk production is scheduled after sample approval and deposit. The production calendar depends on quantity and finishing, and is confirmed before production starts.
Can you produce from a reference image?
Yes. Send reference images, measurements, and any artwork you have. We can build a tech pack, source fabric, and develop a sample from there. Original artwork is always preferred.
Do you offer custom labels and packaging?
Yes — woven labels, heat-transfer labels, size labels, hangtags, polybags, and retail-ready packaging can all be produced to match your brand.
How do payments and shipping work?
Sampling is paid upfront. Bulk orders typically run on a deposit/balance structure. We ship worldwide by air or sea and can work with your freight forwarder.
